No Refunds for Online Submissions

  • Refunds Not Available: Once you submit your photo order online and the processing begins, no refunds will be issued.
  • Online Convenience: Our online application process is designed for your convenience. However, this means that once your order is in progress, we cannot reverse the process or provide refunds.

Exceptions

  • Errors on Our Part: If we make an error during the processing of your photo, we will rectify it promptly at no additional cost to you.
  • Cancellation Before Processing: If you realize you made an error in your application and wish to cancel before processing begins, please contact our customer support. We will assess the situation and determine if a refund is possible.
